	Dynamic Heading Generator
    By Stewart Rosenberger
    http://www.stewartspeak.com/headings/

	This script searches through a web page for specific or general elements
	and replaces them with dynamically generated images, in conjunction with
	a server-side script.

The replaceSelector function accepts three parameters: The first is the CSS-style selector that indicates which elements should be replaced. This selector may be almost any valid CSS selector, including id, class, element and attribute selectors.

The second parameter is the URL of our custom PHP script.

The third parameter is a true/false value that indicates whether word-wrap should be turned on for this replacement. When this flag is set to true, headings are broken into multiple images, one for each word. When it is false, only a single, non-breaking image is generated for each heading.

replaceSelector should be called once for each group of elements you want replaced by a custom image. The URLs in these lines can be absolute (http://…) or relative to our HTML file (path/filename).

The testURL variable needs to be set to the URL of a small (1x1 pixel) test image.

Once these lines are set correctly, you can upload the JavaScript file to your web server, and apply it to your web pages by adding the following line to their <head> tags.

  <script
    type="text/JavaScript"
    src="/rotate/scripts/[month]/replacement.[month].js">
  </script>

  Funburst specific usage
  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  1. This fileset must be copied to the new month's folder, and its name appended with the number of the month.
  e.g.: /replacement.[2 digit month].js, and /headingNavi.[2 digit month].php
  2. This script must be modified to reference the correct set of php scripts: see the 'replaceSelector' block below.
  3. Each of the scripts named in the block below must be modified when creating the colorset for a new month:
  Within each PHP script is a block of code (at the top of the file, after the notes) which defines the font to be used, the font size, font color, and background color. (There are some other controls, but they need not be modified.) The background color in these scripts must correspond to the background color specified in the monthly stylesheet. The background color should be the same for all scripts in each monthly set, except for the /headingNavi.[month].php script, which should call the background color for the navi bar, rather than the background for the body of the page.
The scripts have documentation to further explain their function.
	*complete fileset to be copied into monthly folder:
		1. corndog.ttf
		2. heading.orig.php (this file should not be modified)
		3. headingH1.[month].php
		4. headingH2.[month].php
		5. headingH4.[month].php
		6. headingH3.[month].php
		7. headingNavi.[month].php
		8. replacement.[month].js
		9. test.png
